Hyatt Hotels Sponsors Tiri’s Garden
The Culinary teams at the Grand Hyatt Denver, the Hyatt Hotels of Denver Downtown and the Hyatt Regency Denver are coming together to sponsor Tiri’s Garden Herb Garden on California and 15th in the downtown area of Denver. The garden is both grown and maintained by students attending a non profit organization Urban Peak, which serves the needs of homeless youth.
A cool cuisine summer menu has been created, incorporating herbs that are grown and produced in Colorado. The menu will also include cool cocktails that use these ingredients in order to flavor and garnish them. The menu is going to be offered in June and July for both lunch and dinner, and 20 percent of the proceeds are going to be donated to Concerts for Kids by the Hyatt resort group.
Some of the menu items offered during this period of time include Thai Basil Cucumber Soup, Rice Salad with Mint Yogurt Dressing, Oven Roasted Chicken Breast marinated with Soy Ginger, Red Endive, Mango, Spinach and Mozzarella with Sweet Basil, and Orange Lavender Sorbet.
